One inbox. It reaches the person who would run the work.

Two routes in, and both land in the same place: the form on this page, or the address below it. There is no intake queue and no qualification call before a real answer. A specific question gets a specific reply, and that includes the reply saying this is not the right fit.

Three fields. That is the form.

Enough to reply with something specific, and nothing that only a CRM would want. The longer version lives on the request page, because that one is buying a diagnostic rather than asking a question.

Worth mentioning

  • Your website
  • Roughly what you spend
  • The question you cannot answer
  • Who owns the accounts

The reply goes here, and nowhere else.

A specific question gets a specific answer. One or two sentences is plenty.

Some people would rather just write an email. Same inbox, same reply.

Why those four

Each one removes a round trip.

Your website
Most of a first read comes from what is already public: what is being tracked, what is being blocked, and what an assistant currently says about you.
Roughly what you spend
A range is enough.
The question you cannot answer
Whichever number nobody in the business can currently defend. An engagement gets written against three of those, agreed in writing, and graded on whether they end up answered. Sending the first one is most of the scoping conversation.
Who owns the accounts
Whether the ad accounts, analytics, and tag container sit in your name or an agency’s. It decides what is possible before anything else does.

Asked before writing in

  • Who reads what I send?

One inbox, read by whoever would run the engagement. Nothing sits in front of it: no intake team, no qualification call before a real answer. That is what makes it possible for a specific question to be answered on the first reply instead of scheduled.

  • How quickly does a reply come back?

There is no published response time. Inventing one to fill this space would be a promise nobody could hold this practice to. What is committed is the diagnostic itself, and that commitment is on the request page rather than here.

  • Does the address get used for anything else?

It gets used to answer what you sent. Nobody is added to a sequence, and there is no newsletter, which also means there is nothing to unsubscribe from six months from now.

  • What happens if this is not a fit?

The reply says so, and says why. Where there is an obvious better answer elsewhere, it comes with the referral. The situations this practice is a poor match for are published on the site rather than discovered on a call.

Or skip the message and start the first phase.

Send your site, your ad accounts, and what you spend. You get back a written finding on where your systems disagree, by how much, and which of your questions the data can answer today.
