The scope

Three questions, answered or not answered

  1. 01

Which channels produced closed revenue last quarter, not leads.

  2. 02

What a customer actually costs, by channel, against what the platform claims.

  3. 03

Which of the leads you paid for turned out to be real.

Those three are the defaults. Yours get agreed in writing before any clock starts, and the engagement is graded against the agreed three rather than against a deliverable list.

Five fields, then a reply.

Enough to do real work before a conversation, and not one field more. No phone number is requested. Nothing is charged from this page: the reply carries the scope and the figure, and you agree to both before anything starts.

The site the reconciliation reads first.

Where the scope and the written finding get sent.

Media spend across every channel. A rough band is fine.

The number nobody in the business can defend right now. One sentence is plenty.

Some people would rather just write an email. Same inbox, same reply.

Why this one costs something.

A free audit is a sales call in costume, and both sides know it before it begins. Charging for the diagnostic changes what it has to be: a document that stands on its own and stays useful to you whether or not anything follows it.

It is also underwriting. This finding is what decides whether the build can be quoted at a fixed scope at all, so the inspection has to be real before the number is.

This will not help

  • You want rankings and impressions reported as the outcome
  • You are looking for the cheapest monthly retainer available
  • Nobody internally owns the CRM or knows what is in it

That list is published so reading it can save you the form.
