Phase 02 of 04

Unify

Runs after

Reconcile

Unification is the build. It fixes collection where it is broken, agrees a single definition for terms like customer and qualified lead, and joins CRM, analytics, and ad platform data into one layer held in infrastructure you own. The output is documented well enough that your team, or anyone you hire after us, can extend it without calling here first.

Everyone agrees the data should be in one place. Nobody agrees what a customer is, so every attempt to merge it produces a fourth number that disagrees with the other three.

The work

What this phase does

  1. 01

Agree the definitions first, in writing, because a layer built on two meanings of customer is worse than no layer

  2. 02

Repair collection where the browser cannot be trusted, which increasingly means moving it server-side

  3. 03

Join the sources on a key that survives real conditions rather than one that works in a demo

  4. 04

Reconcile the joined result back against finance, and keep reconciling it on a schedule

  5. 05

Wire loud alerting, because a pipeline that silently returns nothing looks identical to a quiet week

  6. 06

Hand over documentation written for someone who has never spoken to us

Outcome

One set of numbers, in your infrastructure, that reconciles to your own books and that you can hand to anyone.

What buyers ask

  • Do we have to buy new software?

Usually not. Most of this gets built inside tools already on your invoice. A recommendation to buy something comes with the reasoning for why the existing stack could not do it.

  • What happens if we stop working with you?

You keep everything. It is built in accounts in your name and documented in plain language, which is the entire point of the handover step.

Start with a reconciliation

Every engagement enters at the first phase, including the ones that already know which phase they want.

Send your site, your ad accounts, and what you spend. You get back a written finding on where your systems disagree, by how much, and which of your questions the data can answer today.
